Pricing and Fees
At Bright Path Therapy, I aim to offer clear and transparent pricing so families know what to expect from the outset. Fees reflect the time, preparation and professional expertise involved in providing high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming CBT support.
All sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed for sessions to take place in school.
Individual 1:1 CBT Therapy Sessions
Fee: £70 per 50-minute session
Individual CBT sessions are tailored to your child's needs and delivered at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Sessions include preparation time and brief post-session reflection.
Sessions are available to families based in Rugby, Coventry and across Warwickshire in schools and online.
Sessions are also available virtually across the rest of the UK.
Parent Support Session
Fee: £65 per 50-minute session
Parent support sessions provide guidance, understanding and practical strategies to help parents support their child's emotional wellbeing. These sessions can be accessed as standalone support or alongside a child's therapy.
CBT Assessment
Fee: £120 per assessment
A CBT assessment typically includes:

An initial parent consultation

Time spent understanding your child's emotional needs

Clinical formulation and recommendations
Please Note: A CBT assessment does not automatically guarantee acceptance for ongoing 1:1 therapy. Assessments help determine whether CBT is an appropriate and beneficial approach for your child at that time. Where CBT is not suitable, this will be discussed openly and alternative options may be suggested.
Group CBT Programmes
Fee: Pricing varies depending on group length and format. Details will be shared prior to enrolment.
Group availability:
Group programmes run subject to sufficient uptake for a partcular presenting concern. Where there is not enough uptake, families may be offered individual 1:1 sessions and placed on a group waiting list. Families on the waiting list will be prioritised and contacted first when a suitable group becomes available

Individual Therapy Package
Block of 6 x 1:1 sessions - £390 (saving £30)
Suitable for families seeking structured, ongoing support.
Parent & Child Support Package
4 x 1:1 child sessions + 2 parent support sessions - £400 (saving £10)
Ideal for families wanting joined-up support across home and therapy.
Assessment + Therapy Package
CBT Assessment + 4 x 1:1 sessions - £370 (saving £30)
Designed to support assessment-led therapy planning with continuity of care.
Payment and Practical Information
